CurrencyPal does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs.
We cannot see who you are, what you convert, or how often you use the app. None of that information ever leaves your device, because the app never sends it anywhere.
Everything the app remembers is stored locally on your iPhone and is removed when you delete the app:
Amounts you type are held in memory only and are never written anywhere.
The app makes exactly one kind of network request: fetching public exchange rates. Nothing about you is attached to these requests — no identifier, no account, no usage data.
As with any internet request, these providers can see the IP address the request comes from and may log it under their own privacy policies. We receive nothing from them beyond the rates themselves, and we operate no server of our own.
No name, no email, no phone number, no contacts, no location, no device identifiers, no advertising ID, no crash analytics, no behavioural data. Because we never collect it, there is nothing for us to share, sell, disclose, or lose.
The app is safe for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
Rights such as access, correction, deletion, or portability (under the GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws) apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none. To erase everything the app has stored, delete the app from your device.
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. A change that would involve collecting any data would also require a new app version, described in its release notes.
